Got some exciting news to share with y'all so here goes... 1) Lovespirals - This Truth (POMATIC Remix) is now available for download on iTunes and Amazon. Please support Lovespirals and POMATIC by downloading the single...ya dig! 2) Some of you might be wondering what happened to the September mashups? Well, I've been hard at work since the early September in creating lots of new mashups for a gig I just did this past Saturday (09-20). I was invited by The Opium Group as a guest DJ at Prive Nightclub in Miami. If you been to Miami South Beach, most likely you've been to Prive. It was quite an experience for me, I had a great time. I have some video clips to share with y'all of me spinning, so stay tuned for that. 3) My Bruce Lee inspired track titled "Pomatic vs. Bruce Lee - Like Water (Enter The Dragon)" has been in the final stage for weeks now, I will try to debut it very soon! 4) Last but not least, the guys over at Audioporn Central decided to put together "The Ultimate Katy Perry Mashup Compilation" for this summer's smash hit, I Kissed A Girl. Luckily, my "I Kissed A Glamorous Girl" made the cut. Anyway, you have to check out this compilation. I guarantee you will be sick of this song after listening to all 18 versions! =)

1) Paul van Dyk - Far Away (POMATIC Remix) is my latest entry for PvD's Far Away remix contest. I found out about this contest exactly a week ago and the deadline for submission was 2 days ago. I was worried at first, but was able to finish in fashionable time. You can check out PvD's original version on his MySpace page. Instead of going for the thumping Trance Energy style, i gear my remix towards more of the chill atmospheric vibe but still retain the big Trance lead sounds. You'll have to hear it for yourself. Don't forget to comment and vote for me by clicking "spin it" next to the player while you at it. I would love to hear your feedback on this remix! 2) POMATIC presents: Mariah Carey - Touch My Body Mash Mix EP is up in the mashup page. I think I out done myself again with these 3 mashups. 2nd mashup of the month is a feel good summer jam of Beyonce vs. Snoop Dogg ft. Diddy & Notorious B.I.G. titled "Summertime Blown." Check it out in the Mashup page. This mashup is part of the newly released Summer Booty 2008 compliation. You can also check out the video of Summertime Blown on YouTube. Last but not least, the President of the Society of Publication Designers (a New York based organization that celebrates magazine design worldwide), Bruce Ramsay, contacted me to produce a song he planned to sing at their annual event. What was needed was the integration of his vocals over an existing track, with additional effects and beats. The result was a Broadway-ish flavor track with an Electronic vibe towards the end. Kicking off May with some exciting news. 1) I finally re-worked one of my older track titled "Message Of Love." You can now download this track directly from the SNOCAP MyStore in the Releases page. My remix entry for PLP & Lovespirals' This Truth remix contest has been chosen as the grand prize winner!! I was so happy yet shocked to see the result. I knew I had a solid remix but totally wasn't expecting to win. Thanx again Lovespirals for choosing my remix as the winner. Props to all top 10 remixes, it was definitely a tight competition. POMATIC presents: Michael Jackson - Billie Jean Mash Mix EP is my latest mashup creations. Featuring MJ's Billie Jean vocals mashed with Britney Spears' Gimme More, Deepest Blue's Deepest Blue and Cameo's Word Up. It was quite a task using the same acapella for 3 completely different tracks. I couldn't be more happier with the end results. 2 new beats added to the music player in the music page so check it out. I'm pretty happy with the end result of the first beat titled "Tranzmatik." I was finally able to combined the Hi-Tech Trance sound with the Urban R&B flavor. As for the second beat "Drumatik," I was going for more of an organic drum vibe that's usually not my style but I think I pulled it off.

Happy New Year! Kicking off the new year with a brand new Hip-Hop beat titled "Harpestrak." You can listen to it in the Music page. I'm excited to say that this beat will be pitch to the renown Hip-Hop group, The Roots. Whether it will be chosen or not for a song placement in their future albums is up to fate. One thing is for sure, Pomatic will never stop making music!

Hey there, this is POMATIC, thanks for stopping by POMA Productions version 2.0! I finally revamped this website recently and have decided to update all my music news on this site only. Time to say goodbye to my www.pomatic.com. Now on to some music news, 1) I have 2 new kickass mashups in the Mash-Up page, be sure to check that out. 2) The 50 Cent vs. Bob Sinclar mashup just got a video remix treatment by my friend Guttorm Hellevik.
